Day 25 – Transfer Day
Blog — By Buspass on October 16, 2012 5:29 pmAn early run on the beach for quite a few of us and then a late morning departure to Singita.
The little Rocktail airstrip was only 10 minutes away. We found 5 small airplanes lined up and ready to go.
An hour later we landed in the Kruger National Park and enjoyed a 30 minute drive to the Singita Lebombo Lodge. It is a most spectacular construction in the Lebombo mountains, one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world. It is modern, yet manages to sit so comfortably within its surroundinds. You can understand why Gregg thinks it is the best game lodge in South Africa. J
